Research Summary

My research focuses on the changing climate and the socio-economic impacts associated with it. I utilitze open source climate databases, ClimateNA and ClimateBC, that contain historical data and project future climate data using global climate models. This climate data is used to analyze the changes in length of ski season at 150+ ski resorts in Western North America to the end of the 21st century under RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 emission scenarios.
